Despite its revolutionary roots, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party finds itself in a peculiar situation. The recent memo, intended to clarify party structures, has instead exposed a deep-rooted issue: PTI's inability to embrace participatory governance and collective decision-making.
